一 |     中新网北京8月21日电 (记者 郭超凯)耕地保护和质量提升法草案三次审议稿将提请十四届全国人大常委会第二十四次会议审议。    New Delhi, Oct 15 (UNI) India recorded 2,430 new Covid-19 cases taking the total active cases to 26,618 as per the Health Ministry data on Saturday.

This slight drop comes a day after the country reported 2,678 cases Friday.

As many as eight fresh fatalities were also recorded, taking the overall toll in the country to 5,28,874.

A total of 2,378 new recoveries were reported as total people who recuperated from the disease surged to 4,40,70,935.

The fatality rate was recorded at 1.19 per cent.

The active cases comprise 0.06 per cent of the total infections, whereas the national Covid-19 recovery rate stands at 98.76 per cent.

On the vaccination front, the government has been continuously speeding up the vaccination drive across the country. According to the bulletin issued by the Ministry on Saturday 89.83 crore tests for Covid-19 have been done so far.

In the last 24 hours, a total of 2,41,707 tests have been conducted. “India has administered 219.27 cr doses (94.95 cr Second Dose and 21.81 cr Precaution Dose) of Covid-19 vaccine, so far under the ongoing nationwide vaccination drive,” Ministry data said.

UNI JA SY ING。全国人大常委会法工委发言人黄海华21日在记者会上表示，草案三审稿拟强化对高标准农田建设资金的监督管理，禁止任何单位和个人截留、挤占或者挪用高标准农田建设资金。         　　2026年4月，十四届全国人大常委会第二十二次会议对耕地保护和质量提升法草案进行了二次审议。黄海华在记者会上介绍，根据各方面意见，三次审议稿拟作以下主要修改：一是鼓励高等学校、科研院所、农业技术推广机构、企业等协同开展人才培养；二是根据中央文件精神，增加规定，河湖管理范围内的土地，原则上不作为补充耕地来源；三是强化对高标准农田建设资金的监督管理，禁止任何单位和个人截留、挤占或者挪用高标准农田建设资金；四是增加对沙化、风蚀、水蚀耕地开展综合治理，以及预防和治理水土流失的规定；五是加大对黑土地的保护力度，增加规定保护黑土地的优良生产能力；六是明确国家健全粮食主产区利益补偿机制，完善对粮食主产区和产粮大县的财政转移支付制度，健全粮食产销区省际横向利益补偿机制。(完)                【编辑:付子豪】。
